Nick Imudia was born on April 28, 1979 in Ika, Delta State, Nigeria. As of 2024, he was 45 years old.
Nick's educational journey saw him first acquire a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Management before going on to Aalborg University where he acquired a Master of Engineering degree in Oil and Gas Technology. He also acquired an MBA in International Business Management.

Nokia
Nick Imudia started his career in 2000 as a Managing Director at Nokia where he played a significant role in the company's growth and strong market presence in Central and West Africa. During his time in the company, he took up responsibilities and roles in precess management, IT, operational excellence, management systems, capability development, marketing and sales.
Nick eventually left Nokia in 2017 to join TCL/Alcatel.
TCL/Alcatel
In 2017, Nick Imudia joined TCL/Alcatel after working at Nokia for 17 years. As a Regional Director for Nigeria and Central Africa at TCL/Alcatel, he helped expand the company's presence and market share in Nigeria and Central Africa.
Konga
In 2018, Nick Imudia joined popular e-commerce company, Konga as a Co-Chief Executive Officer and worked alongside fellow Co-Chief Executive Officer and Yudala.com founder Prince Ekeh.
The duo turned significantly turned Konga from a dead company to a profitable one. They also launched new verticals such as Konga Food, KongaPay, Konga Logistics, Konga Health, and Konga Health.
In September 2022, Nick Imudia stepped down from his position as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Konga.

From 2022 up until the time of his death, Nick Imudia was the Group CEO of d.light, a solar energy solutions company. He contributed significantly to the company's mission of sustaining and innovating the Nigerian sector.

Nick Imudia was first married to a woman from Ika South location government area in Delta State. The couple had a daughter together before parting ways due to unreconcilable differences.

On the night of Tuesday, June 25, 2024, Nick Imudia died after commiting suicide by jumping off the balcony of his home in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. For now, nothing is known about the reason behind his decision to take his own life.
Before his death, Nick Imudia allegedly called his daughter to express his love for her and his brother to discuss how his wealth should be distributed.
