Ashmusy Early Life, Background and Education
Amarachi Amusi, popularly known as Ashmusy, was born on July 25, 1995, in Enugu State, Nigeria. Although not much is known about her background, it is at least known that she is the firstborn daughter of her parents and that she is a native of Obeagu, Awkunanaw, in Enugu State.
Ashmusy acquired primary and secondary education at Good Learning School in Gbagada, Lagos State and Federal Government College in Enugu State respectively before going on to attend Madonna University where she graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Anatomy in 2016.
Ashmusy Career
After completing her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in 2018, Ashmusy decided to commence her career as an actress in the Nollywood film industry. As a result of some activities in the industry which didn't sit well with her, she decided to venture into comedy skits.
Ashmusy started making comedy skits on Instagram and was so good that she could play different roles in them. With time, she became well known on social media and started getting opportunities to work as an influencer for various Nigerian brands and companies. She has also collaborated with popular skit makers like Brainjotter, Twinz Love, Zicsaloma and Sydney Talker.
After making a name for herself through her comedy skits, Ashmusy eventually went back to the Nollywood film industry to kickstart her career as an actress. She made her debut in 2019 in a film titled “The Alter Date,” and has since appeared in popular films like “The Prostitute” and “Blinded By Lust.”
Other than being a comedy skit maker and actress, Ashmusy is also a successful businesswoman. She is the owner of Ashmusy Hairs and Ashmusy Empire.
